How true. Most definitely. When I open up a dove chocolate and they have these little positive messaged in the foil..i think of your fortune cookie thursday.
Our coldest day of winter yet here in the heartland. -13 or something like that. It was cold, but at least my car started. Warmer weather this weekend.
I do love fresh asparagus though. Raw too.
Hope its warming up there and hasn't hurt all the blooms.

when it comes from a can, it can hardly be called asparagus anymore...ack!
Hmmm. Don't know that I've tried canned asparagus. Have tried pickled and jarred, is that the same thing?
Some people probably feel the same way about green beans, and i LOVE canned grean beans.
I'll have to go try canned asparagus now.
