I'm glad to hear you went to Slumdog. Yeah, I love that soundtrack, too. Anything close I could think of the slums were perhaps Mexico. Such strife in that movie.
I went to see Doubt. Very well acted. Of course, you might think of it along the lines of a play, but all three did such excellent work in the film. The language of the dialogue was so well done..especially, for the time period.
calla lilies bloom and then boom - they just fall over dead- so don't waist your wishes, dearest beauty! In fact, back in the day, lilies were the death flower- everyone was horrified when my grandmother was born and named Lily.She also bloomed - dead now... see?
