hands down

hands are my favorite.
i've always loved hands and how people express themselves through their hands

when i think about hands, i think about lending aid...
support and assistance.
reaching out.
guiding.

important work that our hands do.
i'm glad i have them
and i'll gladly lend them.

I love hands, too. I think they tell just as much about a person as a facial expression.

These are such lovely photos.

Oh, I love hands too. I always have. And I agree with everything you said about them. I think you can tell so much about a person by their hands.

Beautiful photos.

Really beautiful photos. I'm thankful for hands and feet in so many ways. Especially, when I see my grandfather's farm hands. They have given him so much peace even if he has a missing finger where his wedding band used to be. He's always loved to work with his fingers. He braids whips.

The sun was out today..but very cold and windy. Just can't keep enough lotion on your hands in this weather.

Thanks so much for the note. I guess thats the way a relationship is..wondering if the good out weighs the bad, perhaps. ..but always trying to make the best of it.

Are you ready for the Oscars?

My friend finally went to see the Reader..just because..and she hated it. I'm kind of glad I went by myself to see it. Naturally, I had to see FIRED UP! since it has one of our hometown boys in it, Nicholas D'Agosta..who someone I know used to babysit. It wasn't "Superbad", thank goodness. & for 28 he doesn't look a day over 17. I hope he gets a few more flicks to shine in.

Hopefully, we are in a warming trend only it wasn't so warm today.

Love this post. Hands say sooo much. I hate to admit it, but one time I didn't date a guy because of his hands (looked like they'd never done a day of work in his entire life). I couldn't handle it. Not one of my better hand stories. But I do love hands. And love photographing them, too. Nice photos - I love your collage.
