welcome to suburbia
never has my suburban lifestyle been more exalted than this past weekend.
i daresay it's been 21 years.
21 years of kenmore
21 years since a new washer or dryer has passed my threshold.
but this past weekend
it all changed.
and i'm in suburban bliss.
sad,
but true.
a new era has emerged.
an era of LG.
and not that i would ever become an advertisement for LG
but it must be said....
they rock.
solid.
it has a chirpy, perky little singsong beeper that plays to me.
none of the honking, screeching beepers of the past.
and lord,
i never knew that clothes could dry in less than 2 hours.
and they're hot when they come out.
this is the stuff of dreams.
suburban dreams.
my dreams.

And what color is the little beauty? I love the RED ones.
Now go wash something. ;)
Woo-hooo! I officially have high-efficiency envy now! Good for you, girrl. Tell me, what's it like to NOT have a washer that practically walks across the room during the spin cycle?
your blog- what a magic place... I admire your photography.
I can't even begin to describe my envy. I want what you have. When we moved here we inherited an ancient and awful washer and dryer. I used to love doing laundry, but, now? Not so much. I need what you have. Enjoy the best part of suburbia.
Oh, I'm sure you deseve every moment with that baby..and you're helping the envirnmont too.
Oh how I love LG! My cell phone was LG, as is my fridge and my microwave, and they're all fabulous. Had I known, my washer & dryer would have been, too, except that I hadn't been introduced to the beauty of LG yet, so they're Cabrio or something like that.
Have fun with your new toys!
Oh i love your photo.=) Nice post as always.Hope to see more from you.=)
