many times i see better with my eyes closed.

Can't decide which one I like better. I think the second one, though. I like the ambiguity of it. The lens flares are great, too!
Love these shots...especially the softness and flare in the second one. And, I so agree with you on the contrast between looking and seeing....many times it easier to "see" with my eyes closed, too! Great Post!
I love them both! I think sometimes it is better to shoot from the hip.
