in the world

the
brain
is referred to
as
the 2.5 pound
universe
we have more brain synapses
than all the stars
in
all
the
galaxies
right
within
us.
suddenly,
exercising
my
brain
takes on
a
whole
new
meaning
........age: it's a matter of time.......reflecting on life in the middle years through imagery and words......

Thinking about all that my brain can do sometimes gives me a headache. But would much rather excercise my brain than my body!
